My Project will provide my students with various items to use as tangible incentives in order to promote a healthy and positive mindset. Students will earn points for following expectations or displaying positive behavior. They can spend their earned points in the Bengal Den. The range for incentive points will begin at two points and end at above one hundred points. It is pertinent for students to have goals and something to work towards throughout the year. This project will directly benefit my students and encourage them to keep working to be the best they can be.
