My kindergarten students greet me each day with smiles and hugs. Whey they walk in the door in the morning, they are ready to learn. I hear "I love you" about 100 times per day, which makes even the toughest day bearable. I teach in an extremely low socio-economic area, and while each student has his or her own unique challenges, every one comes to school ready to learn and excited to be there.

About my class
