I am a teacher who serves children with Autism. My class is a unique integrated program on a public school campus that integrates SEL, Mindfulness and Yoga through out the day. Through direct instruction & daily practice the social emotional and mindfulness concepts, skills, & strategies are integrated daily to help reduce anxiety and teach self help /self regulatory and awareness tools to assist the children grow academically and socially.
