I'm preparing young people for a smaller world than the one in which their grandparents grew up! My kids will use these materials to explore the world beyond our country. We will use Atlases to learn map reading with keys, data application, and to and help them discover the myriad cultures and political systems that will inevitably inform their adult lives and careers. Globes will help them develop a better understanding of how time and distance impact human relationships, how topography impacts local climates, and how human activity impacts everything!

About my class
