My students are a group of energetic, bright, and creative first graders who receive special education services. They come to school each day full of excitement and curiosity, but sometimes they need extra support to stay focused and engaged in their learning. They learn best when they can move their bodies and have choices in how they sit and work. Traditional desks and chairs can make it hard for them to stay motivated, but when they are given flexible seating options, their energy is channeled into learning instead of distraction. These amazing kids are eager to grow, and with the right tools, they can stay motivated, participate fully in lessons, and build confidence in themselves as learners.

About my class
