The light table will be beneficial throughout the day in Pre-k. The students can use the light table to explore shapes, letters, colors and make 3-D buildings. It will introduce them to a new way of seeing things! The table can be used during morning experiences, literacy experiences math experiences and science and discovery experiences. The table will fit nicely into my science and discovery area of the classroom. The students will be able to access the light table multiple times a day for a fun and new way of learning. Light tables encourage children to look at shapes and materials differently and enables them to explore with common items differently.
