The students that access my sensory classroom are generally students with special needs ranging from autism to developmental delay. They are ALL bright, engaging and curious and often need an alternative setting, materials or methods to learn to their full potential. At our Title 1 school, providing these students with full access to the academic curriculum is a priority and a commitment.
