Our students are high school-aged, transitioning from adolescence into young adulthood. The students are very in tune with the physiological changes taking place in their bodies which brings numerous questions related to health and fitness. Many students cite the lack of a healthy parent in the household and are seeking a mode of fitness to incorporate into their daily lives. Specifically, students are seeking lifestyle changes which will assist their pursuit of minimizing the risk of disease or disability modeled in the household.

About my class
