We are in an inner city school with a full cross section of socioeconomic backgrounds. Some of the students do not have computers in their homes. Our students range from the struggling math student to the highly gifted. The students are hard working, good hearted, and truly want to have a future of opportunity. They are interested and try. I believe they truly want to do the right thing. They have many family issues at home, mostly economic, or parents without higher education. Their parents want for their children what they don't have, they just need help in how to bring their children to that better place. In other words they have the desire but not the educational level to support their child.

About my class
