My students are eager bundles of joy, who are not offered the same opportunities due to the high poverty areas in which they live in, as well as the increasing budget cuts facing school districts across the country. They know that there is a world beyond what they live. They see it all of the time, but they have very few opportunities, if any, to experience it. They are open and receptive to learning new things, especially when it comes to technology. Learning is more fun for them when they are able to interact and become "a part" of the learning.
