My Smart Cookies...They are amazing! They are our future. They are filled with joy and hope. They attend a great school that is fully selfless to accommodate the overcrowding. We are a high poverty, Title I school that has continually made AYP. Learning happens here. From whole group to small group to one-on-one, every child will succeed. Plus, we are all about differentiating. Last year, my class ranged from K reading level to 8th grade at the beginning of the year. And, yes they all increased. We are committed to meeting our kids where they are at, understanding the community, and then adapting to meet and challenge their needs. High expectations are upheld, while respect is earned.
