In our second year in existence, our school is still in dire need of many resources. We currently only serve 180 students, half of whom are 5th graders and the other half 6th graders. They have come to us with the promise that we are going to get them to college and they in return have committed to attending school from 7:30 until 5:00 every day as well as every other Saturday to ensure that they have the opportunity to go to any college they desire. One hundred percent of these students come from all areas of the city and 95% from under-resourced neighborhoods. We promise these children and their families we will supply them with the best education possible, therefore we must also supply them with the resources and tools they need to be successful.
