I have eight high school aged students who have incredible personalities and are full of love. We are in a public school in Texas and have great support within our school. My students enjoy day to day interaction with their peers amongst the special and general education population. Just like any other teenager they can express their emotions even though they are at an infant to toddler cognitive level. My students are severely and profoundly disabled. They have multiple disabilities. They receive a variety of services weekly that consist of speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, vision, and even music therapy. My paraprofessionals and I provide my students with TLC and assist them in eating, walking, personal care, and managing their behaviors. We encourage them to develop their own skills in self care on a daily basi
