My class will be full of excited Kindergartens with lots of curiosities and a wonderful love for learning. School is new and fun for my students and I get to see smiling faces each day (except for those few tears when we first begin)! Our school is located in a poverty stricken area of the county so many of my students find great comfort in a welcoming and comfortable classroom. Many of my students will be exposed to technology for the first time and receive resources that would not normally be afforded to them. I also teach in a school where we have over 50% military enrollment. My husband also currently serves in the Army, so giving these children and all of my students the best Kindergarten experience I can is my highest priority!
