Hello, I am a pre-k teacher with students that are developmentally delayed, autistic and NC pre-k. I love my job and my students. I teach special needs students because it gives me joy to see them rejoice over the simple things that we sometimes take for granted. In the school system the main focus is put on testing grades and sometimes the foundation students are left out of some much stuff. As a teacher I strive in many ways to incorporate so many new things in a day to introduce them to exciting adventure. Sometimes it is hard for me to reach my goals that it way I reach out to the community. These little ones are our children of Today. Their Future is in our hands. I always say if they do not like school at this age it is not going to get any better as they grow. So I just ask the communities to help me as I help teach and influence the youth of Today, Tomorrow and Forever.
