The manipulatives in these kits will help kids SEE how we get the answers to a variety of math problems. The large magnetic boards and the foam manipulatives will make difficult math concepts such as place value, regrouping, and fractions easier to understand. They can be used for teacher demonstration or students will be able to use them on their own while working on their math assignments. In my class we constantly review math concepts, so these materials will be used all year long. By donating to this project you will be truly helping my third graders become better math students.
