High School Spanish and Biology students fill my classroom with their knowledge, experiences, questions, and interesting conversation starters. Every moment is an opportunity for learning from each student within whole class collaboration, small group discussions, and thoughtful reflections during independent work. I have worked with students in the 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th grades (oftentimes my classes have a sprinkling of each group). Their ability to work with one another, and gain insight and excitement for learning through projects, writings, and more is as inspiring for me as it is for them.
