The NASCAR Foundation wants to take your project across the finish line

Teachers, start your engines! We’re excited to announce a new partnership with The NASCAR Foundation to help support classroom projects this race season.The NASCAR Foundation is eager to fund the most innovative, cutting-edge, technology-based classroom projects in four distinct markets this fall:

  • Chicago, Illinois
  • Richmond, Virginia
  • Kansas City, Kansas/Missouri
  • Phoenix, Arizona

To qualify, teachers should post a project idea that incorporates innovative technology. The submission should include a compelling project description explaining how this technology-based idea would revolutionize your classroom, spark your students’ creativity. and fuel their learning.This fall, The NASCAR Foundation will fully fund selected projects prior to each market’s NASCAR race. Out of the projects funded, one lucky school per market will receive a NASCAR assembly including a visit from a NASCAR driver!**Teachers from each region must post their projects by the following dates:

  • Chicago, Illinois—July 29th
  • Richmond, Virginia—August 1st
  • Kansas City, Kansas/Missouri—August 29th
  • Phoenix, Arizona—October 3rd

If your project request is not selected for full funding, it will still remain posted on DonorsChoose.org where it can receive support from other donors.Questions?
