Change classroom photo
As a way to communicate learning with parents, Rich Pond has started to use the online portfolio website, Artsonia. Mrs. Latham currently uploads ALL 2nd - 6th grade artwork to the website. Having a dedicated iPad will allow early finishers to directly upload their art to Artsonia. This helps to expediate the frequency of communication with families of artists. An iPad in the art classroom will also assist with catching up students who have missed previous classes through video reviews. This helps ensure students will be able to quickly catch up on anything they may have missed due to absences. We do a variety of art projects and would love the opportunity to document those projects and share them with the community! Having an iPad in the classroom will clear up more time for Mrs. Latham to update school-wide displays on a regular basis. When an artist sees their work on display, it creates a sense of pride you can not duplicate through any other means. Thank you for your help in lifting up our budding artists and helping them grow!
