Our school is a public school. While we are in a suburban area, our school is extremely diverse. My students come from a variety of backgrounds. Not all of my students are exposed to technology that is becoming more and more common place in homes. My classroom only has two computers and no tablets or eReaders. Our library does have a set of Nooks, however, having eReaders in my classroom would ensure that my students would use this technology on a daily basis.
