Our school is located in a small, rural community of Minnesota. The student body is 7-12 graders. For the past few years, our staff has been encouraging the students to read more. They are now reading more often for academic and leisure. We want to foster this love and buy more items for the library. Previously, we polled the students, asking for their favorites and are now trying to fulfill those wishes. I love to read, too and I enjoy talking with the kids about books they have read. We also recommend books to the students and they give me titles to try!
