Tablet Technology In The Classroom

My students need access to 3 iPad mini tablets and protective cases. These items will help integrate technology into the classroom.

My Students

"You have to believe. Otherwise, it will not happen." ~Neil Gaiman I believe in each of my students. it is magical to see them grow each day and hit important milestones. Not only do I want my students to learn, I want them to love learning.

My students are inquisitive, creative, fun, energetic, and eager to learn.

They take pride in their school and their community. My students have many hopes and dreams, and they all have a bright future ahead of them. I want my students to have every opportunity to learn and experience new things.

My Project

Students would use the iPad mini devices for literacy, math, and science. In my classroom I do a lot of small group instruction and learning center rotations. Students would have the opportunity to us the iPads independently in centers and with me for small group instruction. During literacy, students would have access to eBooks and literacy apps that will reinforce instruction. During Math centers, students will be able to access fun apps to reinforce fact fluency and spark a love of math. For science, students can use these devices to observe zoo webcams, observe animal behavior, and conduct research on the web. The world and more will be at their fingertips.
