My Students

Help us save space and and be able to collaborate at the same time! My kids are in a small room and desks take up a lot of space. I am also trying to get my kids to do more projects and collaborate more! Tables can help with both of these challenges!

My 3rd graders attend a Title 1 school in Illinois.

I have a diverse group of students. They are at a great age for working in groups, but many of them don't know how. It is amazing to see how the students can learn from each other and challenge each other to learn more. Many learn to step up as leaders, while others learn to speak up and tell their opinion. It is great to see them grow up and learn how to work together!

My Project

Teaching the kids to collaborate on a project takes a lot of work, but they do a wonderful job and learn many life lessons! Our room is small and the desks take up a lot of room. A lot of my teaching is based of my students working together in groups. When we are limited on space it is very hard for the kids to find a comfortable place to work. If were were able to get tables, it would be so much easier for my kids to work together.

Students learn so many life lessons by collaborating together!

Along with teaching my students how to read, multiply and about plants, I need to teach them how to be productive citizens. I have a very small room with limited space for my students get together as groups. Getting tables and chairs will help save space in my room and help my students learn to work together!
