My students need a bookshelf to store many books that are currently stored away in boxes and unused.

My Students
Third grade is in the middle. We are not the big kids, but we are not the little kids any more either. We love to laugh, learn, explore, and have fun.
My school is a Title I school in Northeast Oklahoma.
We serve a diverse population of students every day. Our kids have many different needs and challenges. We try to prepare ourselves each day to be the best teachers we can and rise above the challenges.
My Project
I am requesting a three shelf bookcase to store a variety of books that are currently packed away in boxes. Third graders love to read, and these books are wonderful books that my students are not getting to use. When a child gets a new book it is exciting! Being able to put these books in the classroom will create that excitement for my students.
In Oklahoma third graders must pass our state reading test to advance to the fourth grade.
The excitement that these books will create and the enthusiasm to read them will not only engage them in reading but better prepare them for the state test. A bookshelf to store these books on is necessary.
