Ms. Williams from Savannah GA is requesting technology through DonorsChoose, the most trusted classroom funding site for teachers.
My students need a classroom projector to see examples more clearly plus two ink cartridges.

"I can't see. I can't see. I can't see! I can't see!" We would love to have a display camera to show off our work in a better way.
I love seeing my students grow.
The only people who love seeing that growth more than me, are the students themselves. I have students graph their growth each month. I teach a very active bunch of third graders in coastal Georgia who would love to show off their new skills. I have taught pre-kindergarten and I now teach third grade. The only difference between the two grades is size - both four year olds and eight years olds just want to have fun and show off what they have learned.
Our students love going to the board and showing off their newly learned skill. We use manipulatives a lot! We are not able to show off our work with them, but we can with a project camera. The students and I will both be able to do a lot with this. I will be able to show the students a picture up close, a country on the globe, a newspaper article and many, many more things with the use of a project camera. We also need two ink cartridges for our printer.
Having a project camera will really make a difference because the students will be able to more clearly see examples of work, pictures, math manipulatives and many more things.
This will be a huge help to the students because lessons will be able to move a little more quickly without having to walk around to each student to show them something. They would now be able to just look on the board and see. I would be able to use this for all subjects this year and for many years to come.
