My Students
We are in need of supplies such as glue sticks and card stock to begin our school year. We are also in need of healthy snacks such as animal crackers, fruit snacks, and crackers.
We are a special education classroom in a small district in Wisconsin. My class is multi-categorical and consists of students with varying needs including cognitively disabled, autistic, physically impaired and other health impaired. My students range in grades from kindergarten through fifth grade.
My Project
I like to be prepared when my students return to school after summer. Many of my students need visual schedules and I need glue sticks and card stock to create them. We are also in need of snacks such as animal crackers, crackers, fruit snacks, rice bars, variety packs, and fruit roll-ups. Students in our schools are allowed to bring their own snacks on a daily basis. Many of my students don't. I like to have a supply on hand for those students as well as students who haven't eaten breakfast.
These school supplies and snacks will ensure my students have the materials I need to create visual schedules for their day as well as having snacks on hand for those students who need them.
