My students need personal headphones and a computer mouse in order to navigate their Chromebooks for daily work as well as assessments. They also need screen cleaners.

Students need the tools to make the journey easier!
My class starts every day with the promise, "Let's make it a great day!" They enter the room excited to learn.
They are a group of students who have embraced the idea of being a community of learners who are always there for each other. They are full of wonder. Throughout the school year I have watched them develop their ability to delve into a task and problem solve. Our school is built on the idea of community... We are an ELL center based school and have a high level of diversity which is embraced by staff, students, and the entire community. We are also a Title I School that has 72% of students on free and reduced lunch. We do not let these things define us, rather we all work harder to overcome any obstacles that the students face that we cannot change. Students and staff give 100%.
My Project
My students do many activities utilizing their Chromebooks. We have online resources and tutoring that they access daily. The headphones will allow students to work without disrupting the students around them while the computer mouse will make navigating the Chromebook a much easier process for the students. Often the screens are in need of cleaning! Students will be able to more easily do their research, access individualized tutoring, read online materials, and prepare for the online testing.
Donations to this project will help my students utilize their Chrome Books to the fullest extent.
My students will be able to work more efficiently and respectfully in the classroom. They will be able to work without disturbing others. Students will have the tools necessary to navigate the world of technology.
