My students are hungry for knowledge and eager to learn all that they can while they are at school.
My students are amazing.
They put forth their best effort in everything that they do. They go the extra mile to please and meet the expectations of the teacher. Our school serves over 500 students. It is in a rural setting that does not have easy access to technology based opportunities.
My Project
The students will use the mini iPad, headphones, and protective case exclusively in the classroom. This iPad will be a center for reading and will provide the opportunity for the student to use applications that will help them to succeed in all subject areas.
My students are expected to reach their accelerated reading goal and the iPad will make it more likely that all students will succeed. My classroom only has two computers that the students are able to use. I have 24 students which can makes this a challenge.
My students' lives will be changed forever as a result of receiving this iPad for the classroom.
They will be able to achieve their accelerated reading goal much easier and enjoy enrichment activities through the use of applications for reading, math, science, social studies, and writing. It is so important for my students to receive this priceless opportunity. Thank you so much for your consideration in this matter.
