My students need 3 microscopes, a battery charger, and 3 packs of rechargeable batteries for our science experiments.

My Students

Our students are thirsty for microscopic learning of all types! This project is for our whole third grade not just one classroom and will support 56 students. This project will support and help all ability levels flourish in science learning.

We have 56 third grade students this school year.

We have all ability levels this year in our classes. Our school is a wonderful school where our students are invested in hands on learning. We have many science experiments that involve the use of a microscope but we have no microscopes.

My Project

Our students will use these microscopes to conduct experiments throughout the school year in small groups, partners, and individually. The students will be able to learn about plants and animals. We will also be able to learn about cells during our center activities. Hands on activities are some of the best ways for these students to learn about small objects.

This project will make an amazing difference in our students lives this school year.

We will be able to complete the experiments that our in our science curriculum. They will be able to see what a microscope is and be able to use one. This is an amazing tool that every child will get to experience this school year.
