My Students

Everyday, my scholars arrive in the classroom hungry: for learning, love, and food. When their stomachs are full and content, they are equipped to have a productive day of learning.

My scholars have an innate hunger for exploration and knowledge.

My scholars come to the classroom every day full of questions, not only about what they are learning, but about life around them. Their continuous curiosity sparks conversation about our learning in and outside the classroom.

My Project

My scholars' day begins at 8:30 am and lasts until 4:00 pm. Within that time period, students are actively participating and become hungry throughout the day. Many parents cannot afford to provide daily snacks or anything besides the two school meals. Being able to provide snacks during our brain breaks will empower students to feel complete as a whole person.

By donating to this project, you are helping not only our classroom community, but the good-being of every scholar.

They will feel appreciated and loved to have one of their basic needs cared for, therefore, being motivated and prepared for our day.
