My students need 33 lunch trays to carry their lunch from the kitchen to our classroom where we eat, and 11 bottles of sanitizing spray.

My Students

My job is to feed the whole child: body, mind, and soul. After a busy morning of feeding the mind and soul, my students are hungry! My students need lunch trays to get their food from the kitchen to our classroom where we have lunch.

Our school is filled with wonderful students who love to learn.

Our days are filled with exploration as the students engage in hands on learning experiences. After a full morning, the students are ready to fill their tummies with healthy food. After a healthy lunch, the students are ready to get back to work.

My Project

Our school does not have a cafeteria so we eat breakfast and lunch in our classrooms. Everyday, the students have to walk from our classroom to the small kitchen to pick up their lunch. Our school lunches are healthy and are comprised of a main entree, two vegetables, a fruit, a carbohydrate, and milk. Because we do not have lunch trays, the students have to balance all of their food in their hands as they walk back to our classroom.

These lunch trays will help our students get their food from the kitchen back to our classroom safely and efficiently.

We won't have as many spills and falls in the hallway. This will ensure students get to eat all of their lunch and have enough time to enjoy their food.
