My students need dry erase products to help them practice skills without needing worksheets and more paper each day.

My Students

Worksheets are one of the least exciting ways to ask students to practice their newly learned skills. Eyes light up when asked to complete similar practice with a dry erase marker and board! These items will keep students engaged by giving them another way to practice each day.

My students are first graders attending a small Title One school.

They are excited each day about learning and often choose to have additional rotations of hands on work over free time. They work well with manipulatives and small group learning, and are appreciative of the materials that have been given to our class to use to support our learning. They respect learning tools and enjoy working in our growing hands-on environment.

My Project

The resources in this package include small dry erase boards for tiny hands, clearview pockets to reduce copies and help reduce our footprint on the environment, dry erase markers, 5 minute activities, and other hands on learning activities for reading and math.

This project is important because young learners need to stay active.

Pencil and paper practice is important, but using it for an entire day can become mundane and students begin to lose interest. Keeping students interested through the use of different materials is critical to their learning process.
