My Students

We are hopping for technology! We start every day on a positive note and getting excited about learning!

I work in a high poverty school in Oklahoma with families that truly want to better the lives of their children they just need to learn how.

The only place most of my students will see any technology will be in school. It's important to me that my students enjoy learning and that I keep them engaged with activities that will really stick with them! They need to feel safe and comfortable in our classroom and that is what I strive to do!

My Project

My class will use these mini ipads for so many things, from reading books to research projects to games! These will be such a resource to us and will be such a great incentive for my students. My English language learners will use them to help immerse them in English and as an incentive to try their hardest.

My school has a greater than 90% free or reduced lunch rate.

Our students come to school for love and affections as well as to learn. These Ipads will help me engage, motivate, and teach research skills, reteach concepts from lessons, and also responsibility.
