Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students range from Pre- K to 5th grade with 98% being Hispanic.

The majority of my students are learning English as a second language. Behind the bright faces and big smiles my students face many challenges. School is one of the only places my students have access to books and technology.

My Project

I am asking for 300 headphones. With these items my students can listen to an audio book being read to them without disturbing others. My students love their nooks. These headphones will engage students in books, bringing reading to life in their ear!

Donating to our class project would ensure continuous use of our nooks and more opportunities for students to have time enjoying an audio book.

We greatly appreciate help of any kind and will be blessed with any donation!
