My students are amazing learners who LOVE technology!

We are overhauling our library/media-center and transforming it into a Learning Commons, complete with a MakerSpace where kids can build, create, and grow! Our school is a STEM school - we integrate Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math into our core subjects every day. Our media center is behind and desperately needs updating to be a space where 21st century learners can thrive!

My Project

This GoPro HERO+ LCD will allow my students to capture 1080p video and 8 megapixel photos - it has built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth® to connect to the GoPro App. It is rugged (good for standing up to rough use by students!) and waterproof to 131’. My students will be able to capture amazing moments highlighting their many talents using the GoPro HERO+ LCD! We will then use free video editing software to edit their videos.

Filmmaking is a life-long skill and potential career that my students deserve the chance to explore... Having a GoPro Hero+ LCD will afford them the chance to capture and edit video of the world around them.
