Enhancing My Classroom With An Apple TV and iPads!
My students need an Apple TV to enhance our classroom. My students need four iPad minis with cases to use interactively with the Apple TV, to use as a listening center, and for research.
I have a classroom of 27 inquisitive 5th graders who are always asking the big questions. I want to fuel their curiosity by giving them more opportunities to use technology. Having an Apple TV and iPads will make my classroom interactive and engaging for my students.
My students crave knowledge about the world around them.
They are hard workers and are always up for a challenge. I need to ensure that my lessons are engaging for my students. Technology is a huge part of their lives, which is why I want to enhance my classroom with an Apple TV and iPads.
My Project
The Apple TV will allow me to teach wirelessly. I will be able to move around the classroom while presenting my lesson. Students will be able to present their knowledge through the iPads from anywhere in the classroom.
I plan on having my students use the iPads for group work and projects. 5th grade students need to know how to research, use multimedia, and present their findings. The Apple TV and iPads will allow them to do this.
I also plan on using the iPads as a listening center during my literacy time. This will allow students to listen to fluent reading while keeping them engaged.
By having an Apple TV and iPads in my classroom, I will be preparing my students for the world around them.
They will need this experience to be ready for middle, high school, college, and entering the work force. Thank you for helping my students be successful learners!
