My students are amazing learners who LOVE technology!

We are overhauling our library/media-center and transforming it into a Learning Commons, complete with a MakerSpace where kids can build, create, and grow! Our school is a STEM school - we integrate Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math into our core subjects every day. Our media center is behind and desperately needs updating to be a space where 21st century learners can thrive!

My Project

A set of 4 Nikon CoolPix digital cameras will allow my students to explore the world of digital photography. Combined with free photo editing software and the expertise of an experienced photographer, my students will take photographs and make beautiful artwork!

It will also help create a MakerSpace in our media center, turning it into a Learning Commons... a place where minds can gather to create amazing things!
