My Students
Without any computers, I feel my students are missing out on the opportunity to access so many valuable resources!
I have a few students who need to practice basic math skills and do not have home access to a computer.
This laptop would allow me to have at least one student per day work on sites that can support their learning and give them the extra help they need to feel successful!
My Project
Students will rotate using the laptop each day to visit math sites that reinforce math concepts. I have 2 students who do not have access to a home computer and with none in the classroom, these students are not getting the exposure and practice they need to enter into a world that revolves around computers. This computer would allow me to provide those students with some computer access.
Getting a laptop would allow at least one student a day to use an online math program geared towards increasing math fluency in addition to providing them with practice using a computer.
