My students attend a charter school in NC and we are one of three second grade classes. The students in my class are a fun loving and energetic bunch. They enjoy learning about new topics each and every day. My students love the freedom to move about the room. I feel that movement during lessons sometimes helps them retain more information and allow them to get their wiggles out. Creating lessons that engage each and every student will help them become confident and more inspired to read. The group loves learning and will be excited to gain new resources to help them expand their knowledge.
