Throughout my career, I've had my ups and downs like any other teacher, but ultimately, I'm still here, in the same school that I started in. I love my job, my school, and my community. Going to work each day presents new and exciting (and sometimes frustrating) challenges, but seeing my students grow up and move on at the end of the year makes me feel like I'm doing a valuable service to society.
