Many of our students come from high poverty. Our school provides breakfast and lunch. Due to recent budget cuts, many of our EC programs have been cut as well as extra enrichment after school. Our basic classroom supplies are dwindling and there is no money in the budget to replace them. We are a very small school in a very large district. Most of our students are bussed in from very poor areas of the city. I am looking for help in making our classroom as comfortable and fun as possible. Our students generally work very hard and deserve the best. The students are very excited about learning and I would love to be able to provide them the proper tools to express this creativity and excitement.
