The goal of College Decision Day is to recognize high school seniors for their post-secondary plans and encourage younger students and families to prepare early for post-secondary education. Let’s mimic the excitement of NCAA’s National Signing Day to celebrate ALL students going to college. All students are recognized for their post-secondary plans. We will be celebrating our College Decision Day on Friday, May 3rd. To build excitement and awareness surrounding the college selection and enrollment process, we will be having our college cash raffle. We will have a table to write staff good-bye letters, and a banner to write advice to lower class men. College banners that seniors can take their picture with. Community college and armed service recruiters will be there to support those who still need help with their future plan. We will also host a panel of old John Glenn alumni to give advice to our graduating class. College is expensive and we don't want to cripple our future generation. We would love to raffle off items that will be very beneficial in college. Please help our students be equipped for their next educational journey. This event becomes truly spectacular when we integrate fun activities into our school environment and when we show students that they have a community that loves and supports them.
