Children get left behind in this country all the time. Teachers, particularly in poorer areas, have a hard time getting the resources that they need. This year, I've picked four science proposals submitted by teachers working at high-poverty level schools in the Bronx. I'm hoping we'll be able to fully fund all four. If we surpass the goal (or look likely to), I'll add some more projects from the same area.
