We're Nuts About Math!

My students need the 4 CD-ROMs for clock, money, regrouping, and fraction practice. The foam dice will make our games quieter. The fraction circles are a nice visual.

My Students

Help us learn in a new and exciting way. My students love math games!

My students are math lovers.

Our county uses a mixed approach of traditional math and Math Investigations. I have noticed that the math games are where the students learn the most. Our school is a great mixture of high and low income and English and non English speakers. They are great kids with an amazing hunger for learning.

My Project

I am asking for various math resources that are games that can be used on our SmartBoard or at a center. The soft dice are a nice addition for the many dice games we play. Fractions and regrouping are two of the harder concepts that they work on in Second grade.

This is important to me because I was never very strong in math and I think I would have been if my teacher had shown me how much fun math can be.

I love teaching them and seeing that light bulb go off as they get it.
