My Students
Help us! We need to use computers for projects and assignments.
I have 28 deaf and hard of hearing students.
They are from all over Memphis. They use sign language and speech to communicate with others. They attend a public junior high school. Some are in inclusion classes, while others are in self contained special needs classes.
My Project
We are asking for two netbooks. Using these computers will allow my students to work on their projects and other research assignments. They will be able to use the word processing software and the Internet to complete their projects. Many of my students do not have computers at home to access.
Having this resource in the classroom will allow my students the access to technology that some do not have at their home.
