This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
So many students have learning difficulties. How can we help them? We can help them by exposing them to great technology!
My students range from 1st grade to 6th grade.
They have learning disabilities and emotional difficulties. Many have had a rough start in life. Most are very poor and only have money for food and shelter. Most do not have the opportunity to work on a notebook. Most just cannot afford such an item.
My Project
Students in my area live in such poverty. A notebook is only a dream to them. You can help them to have their dream come true! Students need technology! When the students promote to the upper grades, they will be required to use a computer to turn in typed assignments. How will they learn without practice? We need to start now, so children can become skilled.
I have spent my life helping students with special needs to become responsible, educated students.
Sometimes, I need help when items they need are just too expensive for me. I do what I can but I need help. I hope you will feel it in you heart to help these hardworking students.
