Learning can be a flash with the help of a USB flash drive!!!
I teach in a self-contained 3rd grade classroom. My students come from all walks of life and learning situations. I have special education, English as a second language, and low socioeconomic students that are ready and eager to learn.
My students are the true definition of 21st century learners. They can comprehend much more in a visual and interactive manner than in a written or lecture style. Unfortunately, I have limited resources available to provide that interactive learning environment that is so beneficial to their success.
When you integrate technology into the classroom, students are actively engaged into their assignments. Therefore, they are truly learning the content on a higher level. I need USB flash drives so that I can assign to each student. This would allow my students to easily keep up with their technology assignments and projects. They would be able to start a project in the school computer lab and then complete it on a classroom computer or at home.
Your contribution would create a classroom of actively, engaged learners who can achieve more success in the classroom.
