My Students

Our 5th grade class has access to 4 desktops computers in the class room. While this is great, we would like three Samsung tablets to add to learning centers. That would make 7 Internet devices available to 24 students- that's 4 students to each device!

Our 5th grade class loves technology and loves to incorporate it in all areas of their learning!

We are grateful to have desktop computers and a computer lab to visit, but adding three more tablets would be wonderful! Since the tablets would be portable, students would be able to take the tablets in the hallways and other areas of the school to complete work or use for research.

My Project

Students will be able to access Journeys online and listen to the reading stories, have more access to the Internet for research, have smaller number of students at each internet station, enhance learning through apps and educational games, use across all subjects, read ebooks, subscribe to online children's magazines and many more!

By funding our project you will improve our classroom by giving us access to nearly unlimited resources at can be use cross-curriculum!

Students would be excited to use the tablets for exploring and hands on learning!
