My Students

My students need to be up and moving around the classroom in order to get the full benefits of a 21st century education. They will be learning by doing research, completing an interactive math notebook as well as science and social studies. They will also be completing several projects this year.

Many of my students live in a rural area with limited family income.

They are eager to learn all they can in order to succeed. My students want to be actively involved in their education. There are over 500 students in my school. We believe that all students can learn and encourage students to do their best.

My Project

My students will use the highlighters, file folders, scotch tape, thesauruses, copy paper, printer ink, and staples to complete an interactive math notebook, writing journal and project based activities. They will learn to be able to work in small groups and share what they learned with their peers.

My project will make a difference by giving my students the supplies that they need to be able to be engaged in their learning.

They will be able to have resources to take to the next grade level when their interactive math notebooks are complete.
