My Students
Each student is unique and their needs are all different. Every day they are honored for their abilities and praised for their successes!
Our students attend a federal setting 4 special education program to support their needs.
The students are diagnosed with severe and profound developmental disabilities. Our school is filled with committed staff who create a meaningful school experience for all students and their unique needs.
My Project
The students who participate in this residency, will be encouraged by local artists from Upstream Arts, to communicate and participate in social interactions through art education. Students will learn to communicate in alternative ways, through movement, visual art, and music.
Donations to this project will allow the participating students to use art as a tool to teach and learn about social interactions and communication.
Through this artistic experience the students will learn new skills, which they can apply to their everyday life.

Upstream Arts
(Local Artists who work with Upstream Arts will collaborate and work with individuals at Bridge View School. The artists will work alongside the students by fostering and giving creative opportunities to communicate and socially interact through art education.)
